THESE 9 PORCHES ARE 2 LEVEL STEEL AND WOOD PORCHES. ALL OF THE METAL COMPONENTS ARE SEVERELY RUSTED AND PITTED AT BOTH TOP AND UNDERSIDE. THIS CONDITION IS ONGOING AND WILL CONTINUE TO DEGRADE THE STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY / SAFETY OF THESE PORCHES. THE 2CD LEVEL DECK IS COMPOSED OF WOOD BOARDS SUPPORTED BY WATER SATURATED FLOOR JOISTS. THESE FLOOR JOISTS ARE FASTENED TO THE PORCH STRUCTURE WITH METAL JOIST HANGERS THAT ARE SEVERELY RUSTED (BOTH THE METAL JOIST HANGERS AND THE NAILS USED AS FASTENERS ARE RUSTED). THE LEDGER BEAMS AT THE 2CD LEVEL DECKS ARE NAIL FASTENED TO THE BUILDING STRUCTURE ... NO SHEAR RESISTANT / RUST RESISTENT FASTENERS WERE USED TO SECURE THE DECKS TO THE BUILDING STRUCTURE AT THESE CRITICAL CONNECTIONS. THE OVERALL CONDITIONS AT THESE FRONT PORCHES ARE TO BE CONSIDERED DANGEROUS AND HAZARDOUS. REAR PORCHES (GRADE TO 2CD LEVEL) ... THESE 9 PORCHES ARE COMPOSED OF WOOD. THERE ARE 3 STAIR STRINGERS SUPOPORTING THE STAIR FLIGHTS AND STAIR TREDS. THESE STRINGERS ARE SEVERELY OVERCUT AND HAVE BECOME WEAKENED STRUCTURALLY DUE TO MULTIPLE WOOD FRACTURES AND SECTIONS OF STAIR STRINGERS FALLING OFF.
