THIS UNSPECTION SHOWED A LARGE PILE OF STONE AND MORTAR DEBRIS ON THE PUBLIC SIDEWALK. THE RESIDENTS REPORTED THE STONE FELL 45 MINUTES PRIOR TO MY ARRIVAL. THE IS A HAZARD OF FURTHER COLLAPSE. ALSO, THIS VERY SAME BAND OF CULTURED STONEWORK IS AT THE PARAPETT WALL ABOVE THE THIRD FLOOR WINDOWS. DANGEROUS AND HAZARDOUS.
