THE LOUNGE AND GROOVE FLOOR DECK BOARDS, THAT ARE NOT DESIGNED FOR EXTERIOR USE, ARE SEVERELY DRY ROTTED AND BUCKLING. THE STAIR TREADS ARE LOOSE AND DRY ROTTED. THE ENTIRE STAIR SYSTEM, A SEPARATE STRUCTURE AFFIXED TO THIS PORCH, IS LATERALLY UNSTABLE AND SWINGS SEVERELY FROM SIDE TO SIDE. THE BEAMS SUPPORTING THIS STAIR SYSTEM ARE UNDERSIZED 2"X8" BOARDS.
